our approach:

We work with a critical approach towards the exhibition space. In each phase of the process we analyse the traditions and norms and ways of thinking about the purpose of the exhibition, the form and format of exhibition and the target group. We evaluate and reinvent our working methods continuously. We advocate diversity, democratic values and aim our work towards a broad audience. We are not always the experts when it comes to the needs and preferences of the exhibition visitors and therefore regularly collaborate with different expert and reference groups.

about us:

We have worked with various projects within exhibition design and production from large-scale historical exhibitions to small-scale art and design exhibitions. In 2018 we decided to start up studio jok with the aim of collaborating with a diverse range of institutions, organisations and initiatives to further investigate and develop exhibitions from an experimental and critical perspective.

We are based in Stockholm but interested in collaborations and commissions worldwide.
